Using mats, our own body weight, Bosu and stability balls, participants will be guided through a warm-up and circuit that keeps your body agile, strong and responsive. This is an excellent self-care practice for bodywork therapists and anyone who wishes to bring a more centered, flexible and receptive self to their work.
