Free Body Physical Therapy provides targeted treatment to help foot and ankle injuries. Addressing an ankle sprain or tendinopathy early can help you heal more effectively.

Preventative Assessments

Do you have a passion for a particular sport? Free Body Physical Therapy can help you avoid injury by providing a preventative screening that will analyze your function and performance.

Foot & Ankle Pain

Sometimes surgery can’t be avoided. Free Body Physical Therapy can provide full body treatment to increase mobility, reduce pain, and help you return to your best self.

Dry Needling

Trigger point dry needling is a manual therapy technique that uses a thin needle to penetrate the skin in order to release trigger points in the muscle and connective tissue. The goal of dry needling is to release or inactivate trigger points in the muscle to relieve pain or improve range of motion.

Vestibular Therapy

Vestibular rehabilitation therapy is a specialized form of physical therapy intended to alleviate symptoms caused by disorders of the vestibular system. It is an exercise based treatment approach aimed towards reducing vertigo and other dizziness, visual disturbance, and imbalance/falls.

Concussion

A concussion is a type of mild traumatic brain injury that is caused by a direct or indirect force to the head and neck. This sudden movement can cause stretching and disruption of brain cell membranes, causing an energy crisis within the brain.

WHAT OUR PATIENTS SAY

Read reviews from actual patients and learn about their life-changing experiences at our center.

“I had my ACL and meniscus repaired in December. I was just looking for a place close to work and was lucky enough to meet Marc. His practice is small, but the benefit to that is a got a TON of 1 on 1 time. He knows my strengths and weaknesses and tailors my plan towards that. I didn’t realize how unusual this was until my surgeon complimented me on how well I was recovering and asked me how PT was going. Marc immediately put me at ease (the scented oil humidifier helped too!) and made my appointments positive experiences, even when I was still in a lot of pain post op. He gives great feedback and lots of positive affirmations. Sometimes I think he might be more excited about my progress than I am. I HIGHLY recommend him!”

“I am a physical therapist myself at a community hospital and I would highly recommend Marc. He is awesome at what he does, works on you 1:1, and provides excellent care. He is easy to communicate with. I have referred many friends over to him confidently. If I need a formal round of PT, Marc is my guy”

“My wife has suffered for years with flat feet but recently underwent foot reconstruction tibial tendon repair & transfer in her right foot to fix the torn ligaments and re-construct a new arch which required a lot of physical therapy. Marc was super friendly and knowledgeable about what types of exercises she needed and gave her the one-on-one attention this type of recovery requires. She’s recovered amazingly and back to ice skating 6 months out of surgery, so we couldn’t be happier!”

“Marc is fantastic. I went to him for a stress fracture in my foot and he ended up teaching me so much about weaknesses in other areas of my body, namely my abs and glutes, which were the root cause of issues I’ve had for years. My division 1 college trainers and PTs never even pointed these things out to me! Marc is great at explaining exercises (he’ll email them to you and even take videos of you doing it) and tries to get you to the point to where you can do everything on your own. I would definitely go back to Marc”

“Marc brings a wealth of knowledge about the body and understands that recovery is a personal journey. My journey back from knee surgery had ups and downs but he remained positive throughout, encouraging celebration at each milestone. Sometimes he was even more excited for progress than I was! Marc is an expert, and his creativity and genuine curiosity about my experience were exactly the reasons I chose an independent practitioner in my neighborhood over a large health system or chain”
